Private daytime buyout

All package prices below are estimates. Every event gets a written proposal. Contact us to discuss your event and package options.

Monday-Thursday

$500 minimum bar spend. Four hours of exclusive use of the bar. Suggested window: 4-8 p.m., with final hours agreed in your proposal. No room fee. 50% deposit holds the date and is applied to the tab.

Event hours are agreed in the proposal. Regular happy hour is noon-5 p.m., Sunday-Friday; no extended happy-hour pricing is promised.

Nighttime full-bar buyouts

Exclusive use of the bar for your event. Nighttime buyouts end by 1 a.m.; the start time is agreed in your proposal.

Monday-Wednesday

$1,500 minimum bar spend + $150 event fee

Thursday & Sunday

$1,500 minimum bar spend + $200 event fee

Friday

$4,000 minimum bar spend + $300 event fee. Limited availability, by request only.

Saturday

$5,000 minimum bar spend + $400 event fee. Limited availability, by request only.

Friday and Saturday requests are reviewed individually, subject to approval. We may decline any date. No online booking and no automatic date approval.

How it works

1. Tell us your plan

Send an inquiry with your date, event type and headcount.

2. Review your proposal

We confirm the event hours, space, minimum spend, fees and terms in writing.

3. Hold the date

The date is held once the deposit is paid. Deposit: 50% of the minimum spend, applied to the tab. Nonrefundable within 7 days of the event.

Final headcount is due 3 days before the event. Any minimum-spend shortfall is charged at close.

House rules

21+ only

Everyone must be 21+ with valid ID. No exceptions.

Decorations

Welcome, but no confetti, glitter or open flame.

Outside food

Allowed. You handle the cleanup.

Outside alcohol

Not allowed.

Intimate corporate events

A small downtown bar with a straight-through layout, made for close-knit gatherings and mingling. Want the whole space for your group? Ask about a full-bar buyout.

The buyout packages above include exclusive use of the bar. Prepaid drink tickets are available on request. Payment arrangements are confirmed in your written proposal.

Responsible service: 21+ with valid ID. We serve responsibly and reserve the right to refuse alcohol service. We may end service to any guest or group at any time. Minimums and fees still apply if an event ends because of unsafe behavior. A minimum spend never guarantees unlimited drinks or service to every guest.
